How We Ship

Gojek / Grab Instant Delivery
Delivered straight to your door within 1–2 hours via Gojek or Grab instant courier. Available daily from 9 AM – 9 PM Bali time. Delivery fee is calculated live at checkout based on your address.

Store Pickup
Order online and collect from our Canggu store — completely free. Once your order is marked Ready for Pickup, simply send a Gojek or Grab driver to collect it on your behalf.
Free — no delivery fee
Shipping Rates
Delivery fees are calculated live at checkout based on your address and distance from our Canggu store — no surprises.
We do not currently offer free shipping. The Gojek/Grab instant delivery fee will be shown at checkout once you enter your address — or choose Store Pickup for free collection in Canggu.

Returns Policy
We take great care in packing every order. Returns are accepted only for products damaged during shipment.
What We Accept
We accept returns only for products that have been physically damaged during shipping — for example, broken bottles or leaking containers. We are unable to accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind, skin reactions, or incorrect product selection.
Unboxing Video Required
To protect both you and us, we require an unboxing video for all return requests. The video must be recorded continuously from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the contents and any damage. Return requests without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.
How to Request a Return
Record an unboxing video from the moment you open the package, showing all items and any damage clearly.
Email us at info.karelab@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and the unboxing video attached.
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and get back to you with next steps.
