1. Who We Are

KareLab is a Korean beauty and wellness retailer based in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. We sell authentic Korean skincare, makeup, and wellness products through our physical store and this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock discrepancy, or suspected fraud.
• Payment is processed securely via Xendit. We accept bank transfers, virtual accounts, credit and debit cards, and major Indonesian e-wallets.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
• Discount codes are applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one discount code may be used per order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver to all areas across Bali and Lombok via Biteship partner couriers.
• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
• Once an order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for the package transfers to the courier. Please refer to our returns policy if your order arrives damaged.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns only for products that have been physically damaged during shipping.
• An unboxing video is required for all return requests.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind, skin reactions, or incorrect product selection.

6. Product Information

• All products sold by KareLab are 100% authentic and sourced from authorised distributors.
• Product images and descriptions are provided for reference. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• We recommend patch-testing all new skincare products before full use. KareLab is not liable for individual skin reactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of KareLab and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KareLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
